Information Technology Services (ITS)

The College of Engineering and Computing's Information Technology Services (ITS) is responsible for managing and maintaining the college's academic labs, active directory, e-mail server and services for faculty and staff, network security, LAN network and infrastructure, VPN servers and services, and the Computer Science and Engineering literacy labs.

ITS supports the dean's staff and provides consulting for our departments.

Additionally, we provide services for the Outreach, Development and Alumni programs, as well as providing web services for our college and departments.

The College's ITS Department is a service provided by the College of Engineering and Computing.

ITS Help Desk

The Help Desk is located in Room 1D35 of the Swearingen Engineering Center and is maintained and managed by David Dohan.
